The upcoming AMD Ryzen 9 7950X now breaks overclock record again. According to @TUM_APISAK, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X was pushed to 7.247 GHz across 1 Zen 4 cores with a voltage of 1.506V under LN2 cooling. The CPU also achieved 6.5 GHz across all 16 Zen 4 cores with 1.465V voltage.
According to AMD, on October 4th, AMD has invited ASUS, ASRock, MSI, Gigabyte and Biostar marketing teams will discuss the new B650 and B650E motherboards for Ryzen 7000 series desktop processors. This is the first time AMD will showcase mid-range designs equipped with AM5 socket.

At Intel Tech Tour in Israel, Intel has confirmed its plans for the Raptor Lake series. According to Intel, Intel Raptor Lake brings an increase of 15% for single-threaded workloads and 41% for multi-threaded over Alder Lake.

According to Twitter user @momomo_us, Intel Canada accidently leaked the upcoming 13th Gen Core Raptor Lake-S desktop processors: Core i9-13900K, Core i7-13700K, Core i5-13600K. The Intel Core i9-13900K feature with 24 cores and 32 threads, i7-13700K feature with 16 cores and 24 threads, i5-13600K feature with 14 cores and 20 threads.

The recently announced AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-core 32-thread CPU now has been tested in Cinebench R23. There are two test results for Ryzen 9 7950X. The first score in Cinebench R23 is 29649 points in multi-core with air cooler, the second score in Cinebench R23 is 36256 points in multi-core with AIO cooler, this score is even faster than upcoming Intel Core i9-13900K.

During yesterday’s announcement of Ryzen 7000 series, AMD also confirmed developing Zen 4 architecture with 3D V-Cache. Now according to Greymon55, he just posted a cryptic message on Twitter, supposedly mentioning three upcoming 3D V-Cache Zen 4 desktop processors.
The recently announced AMD Ryzen 9 7950X and AMD Ryzen 5 7600X are now both tested in Geekbench. The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X was tested on ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Extreme motherboard equipped with 32GB of DDR5-6000 memory. The AMD Ryzen 5 7600X was tested on MSI high-end MEG ACE X670E motherboard equipped with 32GB of DDR5 memory of unknown speed.

According to latest leaks by @wnxod, the upcoming Intel 13th Gen Core Raptor Lake-S desktop processors will be officially announced on September 27th, also pre-orders will be start on that day. The official release date is on October 20th.
