According to latest leaks on Chiphell, the upcoming AMD Zen 4 Ryzen 9 7950X will feature a boost clock over 5.4 GHz. Twitter leaker Greymon55 also said that 7950X will feature singe core boost clock over 5.4 GHz, and all core over 5.0 GHz.
Just a prediction:
7950X single:5.4GHz all:5.0GHz
7900X single:5.3GHz all:5.0GHz
7800X single:5.2GHz all:5.0GHz

For other Ryzen 7000 series SKUs, Ryzen 9 7900X single core will feature 5.3 GHz, all core 5.0 GHz, Ryzen 7 7800X single core will feature 5.2 GHz, all core 5.0 GHz, Ryzen 5 7600X single core will feature 5.1 GHz, all core 5.0 GHz.
